Pacific College of Oriental Medicine - Massage Therapy & Asian Bodywork certificate (completed September 2016). CAMTC licensed. 
Before massage I studied at San Diego State University (Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis) and worked at a physical therapy clinic from 2010-2015. 
I have worked generally with athletes, from recreational gym-goers, to triathletes and marathoners, to professional level bodybuilders.
I am a taekwondo athlete and instructor. My hobbies revolve around training, cooking/eating, and watching movies. 

I attended WASC accreditated Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego, California where I obtained my Associate of Applied Science/Holistic Heath Practitioner (AAS/HHP). I have taken a wide range of classes from Swedish and deep tissue to prenatal and cupping. I am a constant student of massage as I continue my education with my practice and research. I always strive to help my clients feel at their best.

Jasmine Tinio is a certified massage therapist in San Diego, Califronia. She received her education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Prior to pursuing her passion in bodywork, Jasmine worked in other sectors of the health and wellness field; private caregiver, emergency room nursing assistant, as well as working in a bustling 9-5 corporate office. Through her experiences, she has developed a deep sense of empathy for those who work in high stress environments. She strives to leave every client feeling relief and balance so they can be as present as possible for the moments of everyday life.
